The cost of the retreat is being covered by the generous donations that we have received from our donors. If your application is accepted, there will be a one time non refundable application fee of $50. The rest of the retreat is covered by the organization.
Our retreat is being held in Port Aransas, Texas, right off of the gulf coast with beach access.
We chose Port A because just as they are rebuilding their lives from hurricane Harvey and other tropical storms, we are rebuilding our lives after breast cancer. This is truly a special place.
All applications will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. Applicants will be notified by July 22nd if they have been accepted and at that time will need to pay the $50 non refundable application fee to secure their spot within one week of acceptance. Failure to pay this fee will forfeit your spot and we will need to give your space to another person on the wait list.
If you are looking for some time to get away from the chaos of life and get some alone time with God and your pink sisters, join us for a time of fellowship, love and laughter. Make time for yourself to feel revived, refreshed, and renewed.

All female breast cancer survivors of any stage may apply for this retreat living in the state of Texas. Important: you will need a signed medical release waiver from your physician clearing you for attendance.
If you know a female breast cancer survivor that would benefit from this retreat please share this with them on various social media channels.
You are responsible for your transportation to San Antonio, if you live in a different location. From San Antonio, we will be carpooling together to the retreat in assigned cars. You must be able to meet at the assigned meet up location on September 22nd at 7 am. We will return to the meet up location at 6 pm on September 24th.
We will be providing lunch and dinner on Friday. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
The application process for this years retreat is now open! Applications close July 17th.
We have a limited amount of open slots. We are accepting new attendees first and if we have open slots we will fill them with past attendees. Please apply if you have attended and would like to be on the wait list.
